Leasing Process
Booking is an easy 5 step process done online through our web site. Apply now to start the process.
Step 1: Fill out the online application
Please fill out the application form online. We will review your application and confirm by e-mail or phone whether space is available.
Step 2: Read, fill out and sign leasing documentation
Review the booking terms and conditions as well as the Varcity515 Handbook before filling out the booking forms. Both the tenant and the guarantor will be required to accept the terms and execute the forms on-site. You must also send us a copy of your university acceptance letter and a copy of a government issued ID (passport/ID Card) for both the tenant and the guarantor.
Step 3: Provide payment information and make payment
Leasing agreement will be confirmed once payment information is provided and the initial payment is processed.
Step 4: Room Matching
If you wish, we can help you find a roomate. Room matching is done online either through RoomSync (private Facebook App) or by filling out an online questionnaire on our web site.
Step 5 : Move-in
We encourage you to check-in at the office between 12:00 Noon to 5:00 pm on or after your contract start date. Check-in’s are not allowed between the hours of 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
