Find out how much it will cost to live at Varcity515 by first choosing your leasing period and preferred room type below. Your leasing fees will appear based on your selection.

 

Rent

Varcity515 offers 3 room types from which to lease. The leasing period depends on your starting date. Priority is given to residents who stay 12 months. Shorter terms are possible depending on availability. All leases start on the 1st of the month and end the last day of the month. Rents are all inclusive and are payable monthly on the 1st day of the month.

Leasing Fees

One-time check-in fee.

Upon application, you will be required to pay the following fee. The fee covers the following:

  1. Application processing fee
  2. Move In/Move out fee
    Varcity515 provides clean rooms in mint condition to all its residents. The Move In/Move Out fee covers the complete cleaning and repair of the unit's common and private area, including steam-cleaning of the mattresses, painting if necessary, replenishing of kitchenware...
  3. Kitchenware kit fee
    Varcity515 provides complete kitchenware and glassware kits. The fee covers any replacement or repair that may be necessary, excluding damages to the property. You will not be asked to pay for additional pots, pans or glass that may be broken, unusable or missing.

Renewal fee.

Do not forget that leases are renewable automatically, unless you give us notice of termination 3 months prior to the end of the lease. The Kitchenware kit fee is applicable upon renewal of your lease.

Cancellation fee.

If you choose to cancel your lease prior to move-in you will be charged with a cancellation fee. You cannot cancel your lease once you have moved in. The cancellation fee is equal to your initial payment (first month rent and one time check in fee).

Residents are responsible for maintaining their own rooms and apartments. Mops and brooms are available in each apartment. Common areas are maintained by the housekeeping staff. Students are asked to help maintain common areas for the enjoyment of all.
